For a few years now I've been trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I've suffered from stress, chronic fatigue, brain fog, gastro problems, depression, and anxiety.
I'm not a health and fitness guru so don't think I have all the answers. I'm just a normal person trying her best to feel better.
I'm really good at mental health issues though and I believe if you want to live healthier, your head must be screwed on straight or else it's kinda pointless.
After that, any attempt or change to a healthier you will be easy. There are little things you can do in your everyday life to lose weight or feel better.
I love researching things and have always been fascinated by the human body and mind. This blog represents all my findings and hopefully, it will help you live a healthier life.
